LIGHT RESIDENTS TAKE OVER COACHELLA | ||
After selling out a world tour as two thirds of Swedish House Mafia, Axwell and Sebastian Ingrosso are teaming up for a weekly concept party called ‘Departures’ this summer in Ibiza! The Swedish tag team will perform under the stars at the world famous party spot Ushuaïa Beach Hotel every Wednesday night. The ‘Departures’ lineup incorporates some of Light’s very own superstar DJ’s including Zedd, Thomas Gold, Otto Knows and Alesso. |
Light residents Dimitri Vegas and Like Mike have been smashing the charts recently! They started off the year with “Wakanda” which was officially named the most highly played track of Ultra Music Festival 2013. They took over the #1 spot on Beatport for a month with the track “Mammoth” and now they’ve done it again with their massive hit “Turn It Up”. We can’t wait to see them take the stage at Light and hear the explosive track selections they are so well known for. | If you will be at weekend two of Coachella, the Sahara tent is where you want to be. Light residents Baauer, Thomas Gold, Nicky Romero, and Skrillex (as part of the group Dog Blood) are all set to perform in the newly supersized dance tent. Last weekend Nicky Romero teamed up with Krewella to debut their newest single "Legacy" during his huge performance. In other words, expect the unexpected… you may get to hear the next big house anthem for the first time at Coachella! | ||
